Over a year ago i bought an RS3 from Chris and instantly i liked him, delivered the car from Plymouth to Leeds which in its self is an excellent service. The car was stunning and i was so happy! As a 20 year plus experienced paint sprayer with my own custom bodyshop, i couldnt believe how good the car looked. Landed on my feet to say the least! Unfortunately 60 miles in the forged engine start knocking. Ill be very honest, i knew what i bought, ive tuned cars for years and i fully understood the risks involved.
So i went back to Chris who called me back instantly and assured me he would sort it. I told him this could be an expensive doo and advised we could both just leave it there and id send the car back where he could return it to stock and re sell the car. Chris didnt want this, he wanted to fix it and asked me to believe in him as a person and as a business in that he would come through for me. I advised once again how expensive this could be as i didnt want to see him out of pocket. So off it went 14 months ago. Yesterday i got it back and he has litterally left no stone unturned and he has been a man of his word from the start. Dont get me wrong we have both had to invest in this, ive had to pay for a car i havent had and hes had to pay a rediculous amount for the engine build... but its fixed and in the end thats why im leaving this review.
If you want to buy a car from Chris, you will get the service you expect and more. I dont intend to buy another car just yet, but if i do, ill be calling Chris without a shadow of a doubt.
Thank you to Global Motors, what an excellent business and very refreshing to see in an industry that is so reliant on good customer service. Look no further.

Bought a used Golf from them a couple months ago now, and absolutely love it! Had a slight issue a few days later with an ABS sensor, and they couldn't have been more helpful. Car was booked in and fixed with no hassle at all. The lads even gave me a lift into town to grab some lunch whilst I waited.

Would definitely recommend, and will use them again in the future!

I had an issue with an airbag warning light 3 weeks after purchase and was refunded the cost to get it repaired without any questions or hesitation they didn't even ask for an invoice just asked me how much it cost me. Great company.

Excellent experience buying my M2c with global motors, Jago was a pleasure to deal with. Not your usual pushy salesman, mostly just chatted about different cars we like, let me test drive the M2c and I couldn't get my wallet out fast enough to buy it after it! Gave me the best PX price for my old car out of every other dealership around and were very accommodating regarding collection and documents regarding plate changes. Had a brief chat with Chris who was very down to earth and again did not push or pressure for a sale and we mostly chatted about his trip to the nurburgring.
Can 100% see myself using these guys again for my next car, very pleasant experience all round.

Recently bought my Focus ST3 from Chris at Global and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. From the initial phone enquiry Chris and the team were friendly and nothing was too much to ask. Considering I was 300 miles away from Launceston and a part ex was involved they made life super easy to get a deal done and very helpful with walkaround videos, car SH records etc. I know many of these things are what should be standard but they could have easily sold the vehicle I desperately wanted to someone closer to make lives easier for themselves(and theres plenty of rogue dealers), as all the cars they advertise sell so quickly. When I raised a small concern about the cars last MOT, Chris replaced the back plate and even at after sale when one of the brakes was making a small noise(which hadnt displayed on pre checks), Chris agreed to pay for this replacing, which he didn't need to. There was no quibble on my part ex and all in all a superb car buying experience from a top bloke and top team. If there was anything at all that could have been even better it was weekend communication could have been swifter but with that said Chris has a family and therefore totally understand he needs his private time so a very minor point that doesnt take away from what had been a fantastic car buying experience. Thanks to Chris and Global, I'll defo be back for my next car.
